Make a carnation felt flower / Crea un clavel de fieltro

Planning on making a handmade gift for your mom, loved one, or a friend? or maybe just decorating your house? Felter flowers are really easy and fun to do.  / ¿Planeas hacer un regalo hecho a mano para tú mamá, un ser querido, o un amigo? ¿O tal vez solo decorar tu casa? Las flores de fieltro son muy fáciles y divertidas de hacer.

Following this steps you will learn how to make a purple felter flower, this are the materials you will need / Siguiendo estos pasos aprenderás a hacer una flor morada de fieltro, estos son los materiales que necesitarás:

• Piece of thin felter (this can be any color you want) / Pedazo de fieltro delgado (este puede ser del color que gustes)
• Scissors / Tijeras
• Glue / Pegamento
• Pipe Cleaner or stick / Limpiapipas o una rama
• Item that can help you make a circle / Artículo que te ayude a hacer un círculo
• Binder clips / clips

Steps / Pasos:

1. Start by tracing 4 circles of the same size on your felter. Then cut them out. / Empieza trazando 4 círculos del mismo tamaño en tu fieltro. Después recórtalos.

2. Fold each circle twice, then place silicone on the edges and paste to edges of the other folded circles until you make a bigger circle. We will place the binder clips to help us keep the pieces together while the  silicone dries. / Dobla cada círculo dos veces, luego coloca el silicón en los bordes y pégalo con los bordes de los otros círculos doblados hasta que hagas un círculo más grande. Colocaremos los clips para ayudarnos a mantener las piezas juntas mientras se seca el silicón.

3. Once it has dried, we will remove the binder clips. Taking the edges of the center of our flower we are going to put silicone and paste them together. Again we support ourselves with the clips to keep them together while it dries. / Una vez que se haya secado, vamos a quitar los clips. Tomando las orillas del centro de nuestra flor vamos a ponerles silicón y pegarlas juntas. Nuevamente nos apoyamos con los clips para mantenerlo unido en lo que seca. 

4. We will remove the binder clips once it has dried, and take our stick or pipe cleaner and paste it in the back of our flower. / Una vez que se haya secado, quitaremos los clips y tomaremos nuestro limpiapipas o rama y la pegaremos en la parte posterior de nuestra flor.
