Easy pom pom bookmark / Fácil marcador de pompón para libros

In this tutorial I will show you how to make a Pom Pom bookmark and the best part is that it only takes a few minutes. / ¿Te encanta leer? ¿Por que no hacer un marcador divertido y personalizado? En este tutorial te voy a enseñar a hacer un marcador de pompón y la mejor parte es que solo tomará unos minutos.

Materials / Materiales:

• Yarn / Estambre
• Scissors / Tijeras
• Knifty knitter loop / Accesorio para tejer en círculo

Steps / Pasos:

1. Wrap the yarn around two sticks of our knifty knitter, you should do several rounds until it feels thick enough. / Envuelve el estambre alrededor de dos palitos de nuestro accesorio para tejer, deberás hacer varias vueltas hasta que se sienta lo suficientemente grueso.

2. Cut a large piece of yarn and take that piece to wrap the middle of our yarn and make a knot. / Corta un pedazo largo de estambre y utiliza esta pieza para enrollar el medio de nuestro estambre y hacer un nudo.

3. When we are done with the knot we will leave the large piece of yarn hanging. Then release both sides from our knifty knitter. / Cuando hayamos terminado de hacer el nudo, dejaremos la larga tira de estambre colgando. Después vamos a soltar ambos lados de nuestro accesorio para tejer.

4. Taking the scissors we are going to pass through the loops and cut them in half. Then spread all the sides so that our piece acquires the shape of a pom pom. / Tomando las tijeras vamos a pasar a través de los bucles y cortarlos a la mitad. Después vamos a expandir todos los lados para que nuestra pieza tome la forma de un pompón.
