Cocoa body scrub recipie / Receta exfoliante de cuerpo de cacao

Body scrubs are great for removing dead skin and keeping it smooth. Yet, sometimes we spend a little to much on this products when we could be preparing them ourselves. / Los exfoliantes de cuerpo son excelentes para remover piel muerta y mantenerla suave. Sin embargo, a veces gastamos mucho en este tipo de productos cuando podríamos estarlos preparando nosotros.

Moisturizes and softens the skin, minimizes wrinkles, thanks to its antioxidants has an anti-aging effect and soothes irritated skin. / El cacao cuenta con increíbles beneficios para la piel. Hidrata y suaviza la piel, minimiza las arrugas, gracias a sus antioxidantes tiene un efecto de antienvejecimiento y alivia la piel irritada. 

I am going to show you how to make an amazing cocoa body scrub that will only take you a few minutes. I absolutely loved it, since it leaves your skin smelling like chocolate and very soft. / Les voy a enseñar cómo hacer un increíble exfoliante de cacao en tan solo unos minutos. A mi me encanto, ya que te deja la piel oliendo a chocolate y súper suave.

Materials / Materiales:

• Brown sugar / Azúcar mascabado
• Cocoa / Cacao
• Coconut oil / Aceite de coco
• Measuring cup / Taza medidora
• Container / Contenedor
• Bowl / Plato sopero
• Spoon / Cuchara

Steps / Pasos:

1. Take 1 cup of brown sugar and pour it on the bowl. Then 1/4 of cocoa and pour it with the brown sugar. / Toma 1 taza de azúcar mascabado y échala al plato sopero. Después 1/4 de cacao y échalo junto con el azúcar al plato.

2. Take a few spoons of coconut oil and place them in the measuring cup. Then melt it inside the microwave for around 10 to 15 seconds. Until you’ve reached 1/2 of the measuring cup. If you need to put more spoons with coconut oil to reach the measurement do so. / Toma unas cucharadas de aceite de coco y viértelas en la taza medidora. Derrite el aceite poniéndolo dentro del microondas de 10 a 15 segundos. Hasta que hayas alcanzado 1/2 de la taza medidora. Si necesitas vertir mas cucharadas de aceite de coco para lograr tener la medida exacta haz lo.

3. Mix them all together until you’ve reached an even texture. / Mézclalos todos juntos hasta que logres una textura uniforme.

4. Pour the body scrub onto a container and enjoy! / ¡Vierte el exfoliante de cuerpo a un contenedor y disfruta!
